All wig orders are shipped via UPS. For ready to ship wig orders please allow a 3 day processing time and 1 to 5 business days for delivery. For custom wig orders please allow 3 day processing time and 10 to 14 business days for delivery. For overnight or express orders please contact us via email.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange your wig unit for an item of equal or greater value (ONLY IF PACKAGING AND HAIR IS STILL INTACT). If you would like to exchange your wig for one of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference. You may not return/exchange custom wigs or clearance items. Refunds will not be provided and shipping charges are non-refundable.
